Production and Delivery

OUR LEAD TIMES 

We hold a modest amount of stock in Turkey, for smaller orders which we can fulfill from stock we aim to ship within 7 days. 

Once shipped, we aim to deliver your order in around 10 working days to UK

For larger orders which are produced especially for you, minimum order quantities are 100m yarn dyed / 200m piece dyed.  Print minimums are dependent on design and/or base cloth so will be confirmed upon order enquiry.  We will provide a lead time upon receipt of your order as this is largely product and quantity dependent, however we will aim to complete production within 6-8 weeks. Rest assured we will keep you updated during the production process so you will be made aware of any changes that may occur.

Bespoke production is the most sustainable and environmentally friendly method of production. It ensures we are making to demand and not speculatively mass producing, this in turn all helps in our journey to sustainability, making it worth the extra wait.

Worldwide Delivery

Worldwide delivery charges depend on quantity and rates will be calculated on orders,  Please contact us with your order enquiry to confirm transport and duty charges.

Please Note: We will endeavour to notify you at each stage of the production and delivery of your order. For certain areas, such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, delivery will take an extra day, and charges may apply. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
